This Program contains three hypnotherapy audio sessions addressing the most challenging aspects of ADHD that respond well to hypnosis:

#3 Stop Self Doubt & Trust your Intuition

 

Each audio session is approximately 45 - 50 minutes and is best experienced when using sound cancelling earphones to allow you to have a completely immersive experience

We recommend that you listen to one audio session per week, therefore talking three weeks to listen to all sessions.  We also encourage you to listen to each session that week more than once, and even daily if needed.

 

Our ADHD clients have reported a significant improvement on their ability to achieve mental calm, focus, and to trust the power of their own instincts.

 

Unlike the free generic audios you can listen to on places like YouTube, our sessions are designed to be highly effective and contain several keys aspects of hypnotherapy that are usually only found in personalized and private one-on-one sessions with an Expert Hypnotherapist. As a result, these audio sessions will effect real change within your subconscious mind that will translate into the outward changes that you want to make in yourself, but seem incapable of achieving on your own.
