If you struggle with overeating as one of your obstacles to your weight loss goal, this audio session is for you.  I will walk you through an experience where, within a hypnotic state, you will see and feel yourself undergoing  a Gastric Band Procedure, just as you would in real life at a private hospital.  The result is a sensation of satiety, or feeling full, after eating much smaller portions of food than usual. 
 
Unlike the free audios you can listen to on places like YouTube, our sessions are designed to be highly effective and contain several keys aspects of hypnotherapy that are usually only found in personalized and private one-on-one sessions with an Expert Hypnotherapist. As a result, these audio sessions will effect real change within your subconscious mind that will translate into the outward changes that you want to make in yourself, but seem incapable of achieving on your own.
